The writer of this blog is Jouni Heikniemi, Chief Technology Officer of Blue Meteorite Ltd (www.meteoriitti.com, only in Finnish though). I am a technology generalist with a long and strong developer background. Since 2001 I've been working mostly with .NET, but I've also dealt with Java, Delphi, C++, Perl, Turbo Pascal, Visual Basic and a variety of other platforms over the course of years. And while I don't consider myself an IT administrator by trade, life has made me delve into some aspects of system management as well.
A key part of my job is to track Microsoft technology and strategy, so I tend to write about those matters. I write when I have the time and something to say, which means both pauses and bursts, but hopefully also less noise.
